The Necromancer will now consider your local group members as friends if
you complete his quest.

The mana regeneration malus of Dark Oath has been further reduced. We will
continue to monitor how this impacts gameplay.

Players who successfully PK an opponent will be less likely to receive a
mobdeath in a failed trap.

As of next reboot, the Istari quest
metamorph command has been
removed to better ease the intent of the quest with helping new players.
Istari questers can now gain experience for longer by leading a group of
low level characters.
