LEGEND HOME SHARING

Players may share legend home sites. However, to prevent abuse of this privilege, there are a few simple guidelines that must be followed.

In general, common sense rules apply to building shared legend homes.

For example, an elf may not share a legend home with a dwarf. A legend home shared by a Hobbit, a Man, a Dwarf and an Elf is out of the question, as is a group of dwarves building a shared legend home in Rivendell.

Shared homes will function as connected structures. Individuals will be responsible for 100% of the per room cost for their rooms not to exceed town limits and 100% of their individual rent costs.
